Should anything in your room be out of order, contact the reception. The defect is corrected immediately.

We kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms on the day of departure at 11 am.

To avoid misunderstandings, we ask our guests, the receipt in the evening at the service staff in the restaurant or bar area to sign.

We have a lot of flyers for excursions in the area. We are happy to advise you at the reception.

Our reception is open from 7:00 in the morning. If you want to leave earlier, you are welcome to pay your bill the night before.

The entire hotel is equipped with smoke detectors. The escape routes are according to international standards marked by illuminated pictograms.

From about 21:00 clock the main entrance is closed.

Our hotel is „non-smoking“. Ashtrays are located in Feien am
Main entrance. In case you leave a „smoking room“, we will charge € 100.00 for additional cleaning costs.

Our restaurant „La Montanara“ – Italian cuisine
is open Tuesday-Saturday from 17:00 to 21:00.

The reception is open daily from 7:00 to 15:00.
After 15:00 please contact our staff in the restaurant or call us on the phone.

Our Finnish sauna and infrared cabin can help you in time from 3.30pm to 7.30pm for € 7.00 per adult.
